Possibly Yamanaka sale, American Art Association, N.Y. (January 5-11, 1905)? But there is no lot 96 that matches, and no other 1905 sale information); 1943, to Jeanne Hatch Michie (1879-1958), Worcester, MA; 1958, by inheritance to her daughter Anne Michie Sherman (1921-2013), Madison, CT; 2013, by inheritance to her nephew Thomas Michie.
